Cookie Notice

Effective October 7, 2026

This notice explains the cookies and similar technologies EasyDeploy AI uses on easydeploy.ai and in the EasyDeploy AI app, what each one does, and how to change your choices at any time.

It adds detail to our Privacy Policy, which covers how we handle personal information more broadly.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. Websites also use similar technologies: local storage and session storage keep small pieces of data on your device, and tags (sometimes called pixels) send information about your visit to a service provider. In this notice, “cookies” covers all of these.

If you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland or Quebec, analytics and advertising cookies stay off until you allow them. Everywhere else we use them by default, and you can turn them off at any time. Strictly necessary cookies are always on, because the site and app cannot work without them.

You can make or change your choice with the cookie banner, the Cookie settings link in the site footer, or the button under Manage your preferences below. We keep your choice for 6 months and then ask again. We also ask again if the cookies or providers we use change in a way that affects your choice.

The cookies we use

We group cookies by what they are for. Durations are the longest a cookie lasts; you can delete any of them sooner.

Strictly necessary

Always on. These keep the site and app working: they remember the choices you make here, keep you signed in, carry you through sign-up and help keep payments safe. They are used only to provide what you ask for, so they do not need your consent.

Analytics (optional)

These tell us how people find and use the site, such as which pages are viewed and which buttons are clicked, so we can improve it. Where consent is required they stay off until you allow them, and they are off if your browser sends Global Privacy Control.

Advertising (optional)

These measure whether our Google ads lead to demo requests and sign-ups, and let Google show our ads to people who have visited the site. Where consent is required they stay off until you allow them, and they are always off if you opt out of sale and sharing or your browser sends Global Privacy Control.

eda_campaign_paramsEasyDeploy AI (session storage)Keeps the campaign tags from the link you arrived on, so a demo request can be credited to the right campaign. UTM campaign tags are always kept; ad click IDs (gclid, gbraid, wbraid) are kept only if you allow advertising.Until you close the tab

Other storage you should know about

Our own code also keeps the following on your device.

NameProviderPurposeDuration
aai_signup_tracked:*EasyDeploy AI (local storage)Records the time your sign-up was counted, so our analytics counts each sign-up only once.Until you clear it

Earlier versions of the site also kept a copy of each Book a demo request you submitted, including your name, work email and company, in your browser’s local storage (easydeploy_demo_requests). That copy stayed on your device, and the site now deletes it automatically.

Embedded videos and fonts

Product videos on our pages load from YouTube only when you click play: until then the page shows a preview image served from our own site, and nothing is requested from YouTube or Google. The player then loads in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). Once it does, YouTube, a Google service, receives your IP address and may store cookies or similar data on your device and collect information about your viewing, as described in Google’s Privacy Policy.

Our pages also use fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser downloads them from Google’s servers (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com), so Google receives your IP address and basic information about your browser. Google Fonts does not set cookies.

How Google uses information from our site

Google Analytics and Google Ads are provided by Google, and Google Tag Manager loads them; Tag Manager itself does not set cookies. To learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services, and the choices you have, see Google’s business data privacy information.

In regions where consent is required, if you have not allowed analytics or advertising, Google’s tags may still send cookieless pings. These do not read or set cookies or carry advertising identifiers; they tell Google that a page was viewed and what your consent choice is, which Google uses for aggregate measurement. As with any request to Google, they reach Google with your IP address.

Manage your preferences

You can change your choices at any time. Turning a category off stops it from then on, and removes the Google Analytics or Google Ads cookies set on our own domain. Cookies on Google’s domains, such as IDE, can only be removed in your browser’s settings (see below).

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

We do not sell personal information for money. However, when advertising cookies are on, Google can use information about your visit to show you our ads on other websites. Under California law and similar laws in other US states, that may count as “sharing” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, or as targeted advertising.

You can opt out with one click. This turns advertising cookies off in this browser and stops ad click IDs from being kept or sent with your form submissions. Your analytics setting stays as it is; if you have not made a choice before, analytics cookies are turned off too.

We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC). If your browser or a browser extension sends the GPC signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of the sale and sharing of your personal information and of targeted advertising for that browser, and advertising and analytics cookies stay off even if you allowed them before. You can learn more at globalprivacycontrol.org.

To opt out another way, or to exercise your other privacy rights, email privacy@easydeploy.ai.

Deleting cookies in your browser

Most browsers let you see, block and delete cookies and other site data, usually under Settings, then Privacy or Privacy and security. Blocking all cookies may stop parts of the site and app from working, including signing in. Deleting cookies also deletes your saved choice, so we will ask again on your next visit.

Changes and contact

We update this notice when the cookies we use change, and change the effective date at the top. If a change affects your choice, we ask you again.

Questions about this notice or our use of cookies: email privacy@easydeploy.ai. For how we handle personal information more broadly, see our Privacy Policy.
