Data Deletion Request
You have the right to request deletion of your personal data held by EasyDeploy AI at any time. This page explains what is covered, how to submit a request, and what to expect after deletion.
What data we hold
EasyDeploy AI stores the information you provide during account creation (email address, name), usage data tied to your account (projects, datasets, trained models, prediction outputs), and authentication records managed by AWS Cognito.
What deletion covers
A deletion request will remove your account profile, all projects and associated datasets, trained model artifacts, prediction results, and any stored credentials or session data linked to your account. Anonymized aggregate usage statistics that cannot be traced back to you are not subject to deletion.
How to submit a request
Send an email to support@easydeploy.ai from the address associated with your EasyDeploy AI account. Include the subject line "Data Deletion Request" so your message is routed correctly. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days.
After deletion
Once your data is deleted your account will no longer be accessible and the action cannot be undone. If you have an active paid subscription, please cancel it before submitting a deletion request to avoid future charges.
